Refund Policy

Xwork (operated by Xcodex Technology LLC, a Wyoming-registered company) believes in transparent and fair refunds. This page explains exactly what you can expect.

You can refund any unused account balance, at any time, with no questions asked. Money you have already spent on AI usage (tokens consumed, images generated, etc.) is not refundable, because that cost has been incurred on our end.

You have two options:

Once we process the refund on our side (typically within a few minutes for self-service, and within one business day for email requests), the funds are sent back to your original payment method via Stripe.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider — typically 3 to 10 business days. We have no control over that step.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please email us first. We respond to every dispute and have a strong track record of resolving issues without involving the card network. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

7. Account closure

You may close your account at any time from the desktop app or by emailing support. When you close an account, we automatically refund any remaining balance to your original payment method.

8. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. If you paid in a different currency, your bank's conversion rate at the time of refund will apply.
